SYNOPSIS
A clandestine ship sinks off the coast of a small port town on the Andalusian coast without disturbing the routine. The civil guards sort out the shipwrecked passengers as they do every day, the tourists take advantage of the fine weather to go sailing and visit the funfair, and the night lorries head north.
The unnerved shipwrecked discover the concrete ground of a Europe that does not see them.

"Three Portuguese short films in competition at the Clermont-Ferrand Festival
The films Percebes, Bad For a Moment, and A Fronteira Azul have been selected for the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival, which begins on January 31 in France, the festival’s organizers announced this Thursday."
OBSERVADOR
"Regarded as the most important event dedicated to short films, the Clermont-Ferrand Festival announced this Thursday the films selected for its competitive sections, including A Fronteira Azul (The Blue Border) by Dinis M. Costa in the national competition. It is a French production with Portuguese-Spanish co-production.
The film portrays the arrival of an illegal boat on the Iberian coast 'through the eyes of multiple characters: the migrants, those who cared for them upon arrival, those who transported them from Spain to Calais, and those who observed them from a sailboat and from the street,' according to the synopsis by the production company Furyo Films."
